CO-MANAGER
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Assists Store Manager in creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun profitable store.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Responsible for sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation.
- Oversee well-trained and developed team, shortage control, safety, and mall/community involvement
- Maintain a friendly, professional behavior at all times.
Job requirements:
- 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience.
- Excellent ability to train and motivate team members.
- Friendly, courteous, and a positive attitude is a must.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
- Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction.
ASSISTANT MANAGER

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Management Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented, retail-clothing environment. Must posses at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, or management experience. Must have experience in leadership of a sales team, training & development of clientele standards, supporting store management to drive company initiatives.
Key Initiatives:
- Directly reports to Store Manager.
- Exercise intellectual and creative discretion and judgment in management and leadership of store employees.
- Manage a store team consisting of selling associates and support associates.
- Drive business sales with clientele programs and excellent leadership.
- Protect the BCBG Max Azria brand with clear communication, up-holding product knowledge and visual standards, and personal brand association.

Posses clientele skills to develop relationships with current and prospective clients. Posses ability to drive personal business & client appointments while supporting store management to drive company initiatives.

- Perform selling and clienteling practices in line with company direction.
- Drive personal business with client appointments & wardrobing.

- Assist store management & staff with store initiatives when needed.
