| Project Overview |
- Retail – Retail tenants will occupy the first two levels of the development with entertainment venues situated on the third floor. House of Blues will occupy approximately 44,000 sq. ft. Other retailers to be announced shortly.
- Office – Approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of “loft” office space. Office parking will be provided in the Houston Pavilions' garage located on the corner of Main and Polk.
The Houston Pavilion groundbreaking occurred in February 2007. The entire project will be completed in October 2008.
